Botanical @ Bangsar Village

Mummy and I had our satisfying lunch at Botanical which is located in Bangsar Village this afternoon. How did I get to know of this restaurant? Well, all thanks to Lumi and Melissa's recommendation. They have been there before for high-tea! :P You can choose for a seat inside the restaurant or outside. Mummy and I prefer having our table outside because the place is more spacious (spacious places feel comfy!) and the decorations are so captivating! 

Have I ever mentioned that I always love furniture in white? ♥


We had no idea what to order until this set menu came to the rescue! Both of us agreed that the price is quite reasonable for 3 dishes so we ordered one set to taste!

Of course, we didn't let go of the opportunity to take photos there!

We were first served with 2 slices of complimentary bread. I personally love the taste a lot but mummy thought it tasted weird! 

Here comes the starter : Watermelon and Lychee salad with fried tofu and spicy Thai-style dressing.
Thumbs up for this "sweet and spicy" combo! 


We have this Artichoke pasta as our main dish. The pasta is cooked with a creamy and sauce which is slightly spicy. But I don't really fancy artichokes, they were sour and... they tasted weird.


As for dessert, mummy ordered this Lemon Meringue cake!




It contains layers of fluffy sponge cake filled with fresh lemon curd and topped with baked custard frosting. It's a must-try for lemon lovers!
