Hello hello hellooooooo! This post will be about my fourth birthday celebration, which is accompanied by my two favorite pretty chicks, Lumi and Melissa!

We had a simple lunch at Domes. All the restaurants in Pavilion were really packed that day due to public holiday! Thank you for the lunch treat dears!
At night, Melissa drove us to Elcerdo for dinner! She said she has been looking forward to paying it a visit since a long time ago. Elcerdo is all about pork, pork and more pork. No offense to all the Muslims friends out there! Hopefully you don't mind me introducing some pork-dishes in this post. :(

Here comes the appetizer entitled Jamon Serrano, which comes in quite a large portion although we only ordered a half. The imported Spanish Cured & Air Dried Ham was of a really high quality. Served on rock melon and salad, it was one of the best combination of the night.

It's my first time tasting a paella! The portion was super large too although it's said for 2 persons only. I wasn't really amazed by the taste of it because it was rather sour, yet impressive!

Here comes the signature dish of the night - Marinated Pork Shoulder Steak. Tell you what, this is the tastiest steak I have ever had!!! The chef has done a great job in the marinating process because it tastes perfectly awesome and the meat was really succulent and juicy!! MUST HAVE IT AGAIN!

After the main dishes, we shared the dessert which is The Werner's Special together. Fresh strawberry in mango sauce topped with chocolate mousse and wild raspberry sauce. Perfection.

In a nutshell, I had a pretty satisfying dining experience in Elcerdo (although the and I am deeply impressed by their good and kind service! Of course, I have to thank my girls, Melissa and Lumi, once again for making the night sweet and memorable~!
