One trivia: Mummy Chaw is a big fan of Korean cuisine!! Oh, have you ever been to Gangnam 88 by the way? If not, heard of it at least? Gangnam 88 has been sitting in my waiting list for quite a while already - there are so many reviews of it done by the bloggers that I know! Finally finally finally, here comes my turn! Time to bring mama to a fresh new hunting ground hehe :P

Anyway, this restaurant is located at Solaris Mont Kiara! We actually thought they have the quintessential Korean BBQ kind of thing but Gangnam 88 focuses more on set menu. However, they do have other appetizers and side dishes as well! :)

They taste superb but I personally think that the variety of appetizers they serve is slightly little as compared to other Korean cuisine restaurants. Wish they could come up with more different types of appetizers to satisfy the greedy palates of customers, like me. LOL.

Stir-fried Chicken Ribs. As it's slightly spicy, it goes really well with salads or cabbages or whatever you call lol.

This is their signature beer chicken! RM50 for the whole chicken. Worth it or not?
Their beer chicken is pretty good, especially when it is dipped in their special homemade sauce!

Both the pancakes are so nice, sadly the portion is just too small to accommodate 12 of us that night.
I am sorry that I have forgotten the name of the dish but it is a spicy (very spicy tho) dish with the combination of vegetables, noodles and squids! We can hardly finish this because the taste just did not go well..
The side dishes, also known as appetizers are refillable, however, it took quite some time for the waiters to refill them for us. Besides, the waiters were not attentive enough because they served us the side dishes and water only after a few times we asked them. Quite disappointed with their service that night but I guess it happened because they were too busy or something?
Anyhow, if you are a fan of Kpop, you will definitely enjoy the "Kpop" ambiance in Gangnam 88! Perhaps, it would be a nice chilling spot for you and your bunch of friends who would love to indulge themselves in the sensational Kpop atmosphere! :)
