Japanese-School-Girl Look

Hello bunnies! Guess what? It's a blog entry about fashion again yay! I think I am probably going to blog more about fashion styling tips from now on so that people will eventually recognise me as a qualified fashion blogger? Hahaha, guess I should take it slow! I'm blogging more about fashion recently because I receive more comments on my blog entry concerning the latest fashion trends and mix-and-match tips than other posts of different categories such as food.

Well, honestly I really do not consider myself as a trendsetter nor a fashionista. But I certainly love discovering and trying out new styles! But of course, I will never force myself to dress up in something which I don't feel comfortable with.

Anyway, I'm inspired to dress up like a Japanese-school-girl today! Speaking of Japanese school girls, my instincts reminds me of the collared-top and skater skirt combo right away! Isn't their school uniform attractive?

Collared-sweaters are always a perfect piece if you are intending to create a student look.

Details of my outfit:
Collared sweater from @Bunnykisses_
Burgundy leather skirt from @Bunnykisses_
Platforms from @Huiicloset
Bag from Nike
Bowler hat from Le Beauty Boutique

These photos were taken reluctantly by my brother. I had to please him by offering a cup of Starbucks before he agreed to help me with the shooting haha!! Nonetheless, I am quite happy with the outcome!

It was drizzling that time when we wanted to carry out the shoot. The thought of holding an umbrella struck me out of the blue and it seemed like a pretty good idea!!

Anyway, the bowler hat isn't something which I will wear usually but this time, I decided to accessorize my outfit with it. Additionally, I am wearing my new socks which effectively brought about a twist to the entire outfit.

What do you think of this outfit? Is it "Japanese" enough?
