For those who are following my Dayre and Twitter updates, you guys would probably have known that I've changed my hair colour again. I decided to blog about it so that I can make a clarification on the rapid change of my hair colour.
It was just a week ago I dyed Midnight Lavender Ash in Number 76. I loved the colour. It was so unique because Steve personally mixed the colour for me...so it's unlikely for people to get the same colour, or I should say, I don't even know whether I can get the same colour if I want to do touch-ups on my hair! (Because the colour will be different depending on the condition of our hair) That is why I adored the colour so much. It's special - it's what I wanted.
However, the purple shade faded on the third day. And into the fifth day, my hair slowly turns brown. I didn't expect it to last for more than 2 weeks, because I understand that such a colour would not last long, but I didn't expect it to fade within a week. :(
However, the problem does not lie within the colour itself. I assumed that my hair is just too stubborn in taking in the bleaching powder. Therefore, the colour couldn't really be absorbed. As it's my first time bleaching my hair from roots to ends, it would definitely take some time to absorb and "adapt" to its new friend (the bleaching process).
I was sad that the colour didn't last long enough for me to take more pictures of it!! *urgh*
Steve was aware of my situation, so he requested me to pay a second visit so that he can "fix" my hair! He is such a nice person and most importantly, professional. He takes it upon himself in ensuring that every customer is satisfied with the service he provided, that the customers are paying for what they deserve.
So I travelled down to the saloon on Friday. And I decided to try a new hair colour which, according to Steve, can last longer than my previous ash purple!! My hair had to undergo the bleaching process again. Steve warned me beforehand that my hair is going to be damaged but I really want to have purple hair just this ONCE in my life. T_T
I had to bear all the consequences myself lah!!!!
I had to bear all the consequences myself lah!!!!
This time, I chose a brighter shade of purple! It's definitely more visible and vibrant than the previous tone and I love it!!!! Having purple hair feels so surreal. Am I eligible to live in my dreamland with an unicorn now?
Okay, time to post some photos after so much of babbling!

The colour looks darker / less visible in photos! :(
In fact, it is so much lighter in real life (not complaining, just impressed) and I LOVE IT!!!!
Last but not least, arigatoSteve-san from Number 76 (Mid Valley branch) for the hair colour and the Milbon treatment, which serves to lessen the level of damage inflicted to my hair lolol.
If you are planning to get a hair service from Steve in Number 76, don't forget to first make an appointment! :)
